CAPABILITY

 Users can create a list of Supplier, Factories, or Shipping Ports capabilities based on the selected Shipping Port and final destination.

Create a new Capability

1. Navigate to Home >  Sourcing > Setup > Capability tab.

2. In the Capability column, mouse-over Actions and select New Capability.

   

3. Enter the Capability name and update other details in the Capability table.

   

NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the corner of the cell.

The following attributes are available in the default view:

• Capability: Enter a name for the capability.

• For: From the drop-down list, select the capability type. One or more capability types are defined on the Setup > Configuration > Enumerations tab by Users with Administrator rights.

• Operation Group:  From the drop-down list, select the required operation group. One or more Operation Groups can be defined on the Sourcing > Setup > Operation Group tab.

• Actions: Icons for delete, copy, etc. are available in this column.
