INTRODUCTION

Users can create the following on the Setup tab:

• Capability: User can create a list of Suppliers, Factories, or Shipping Ports capabilities based on the selected shipping Port and final destination

• Operation Group: User can define Operations Groups to use while building cost scenarios, and to define the steps to create and deliver a finished good or finished part.

• Sub Routings: User can create a Sub Routing that can be used in  a Style and a Material. Only Approved Sub Routings are available for selection.

• Countries: As Suppliers are located across continents, it is important to create a list of Countries from which user can select Supplier location and destination.

• HTS Code: User can create a list of duty rates based on Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS codes) including Description, Material, and Duty Percentage. User can also add and modify HTS Codes directly on a Supplier Item.

• Shipping Container: User can create a list of Shipping Containers including maximum and calculated volume, maximum weight, and shipping container packing efficiency.

• Shipping Port: User can create a list of Country wise Shipping Ports, based on those created in the Country tab. When user defines Customers, user can select from these Shipping Ports values to specify the Customer Ship To address.

• Shipping Rate: User can create a list of Shipping Rates based on the Shipping Port and final destination

• Templates: User can create Supplier Request Templates, Supplier Quote Templates and Routing Templates.

• Factory Reviews Setup: User can create one or more Factory Review Templates. Further, user can add Questions and sub-questions to the template. On approval, this template(s) is available on the Home > Sourcing > Reviews tab. Using the templates created, user can create one or more factory reviews on the Reviews tab.
