Users can edit the details of the Questions in this tab. The Questions listed in the table on this tab can be created on the Home > Sourcing Setup > Factory Reviews Setup > Question Subsection tab.
Edit the Question details
Navigate to Home > Sourcing > Setup > Factory Reviews Setup > Questions tab.
In the Question column, click on a Question to view the properties.
In the Properties section, edit the details for any of the attributes.
It is possible to edit details in the Properties section and the Sub-Question section only when the Question is in the DRAFT State.
To add one or more sub-questions to the Question,
In the Sub-Questions section, in the Sub-Question column mouse-over on Actions and select New Sub-Question.
Enter details in the New Sub-Question dialog box and click on Save.
The sub-question will be saved and displayed in the table.
To approve the changes, from the Actions drop-down list, select Approve.
To close the Question, from the Actions drop-down list, select Close.
Once approved or closed, most attributes in the Properties section and the Sub-Questions sections will become non-editable.
To edit the attributes, create a revision of the Question. To create a revision of the Question, from the Actions drop-down select Revise. A copy of the Question is created and displayed in the table with editable attributes. Follow steps 3-6 to add more Questions.
Only those attributes that pertain to Questions in the Draft state will be editable in the table.
Question : The details of the question will be displayed
Localized Name: Localization details will be displayed in this field
Details: Details of the question will be displayed
Points Possible: enter the possible points that can be earned for a question.
Allow not applicable: By default, this attribute is set to FALSE. To set to TRUE, select the check box. The users will be provided with the option to set the specified question as not applicable.
NOTE: This attribute is editable only when a Question is in the Draft state.
In the Question column, click on the required question. The details are displayed in the Properties section.
To add one or more documents, click on the Documents tab.
In the Document column, mouse-over Actions and select New Document.
A new row is created in the table. Click anywhere within the cell in the Document column and edit the details.
In the File column, mouse-over the corresponding cell and select Browse Files. Browse and upload a file. The name of the selected file will be displayed in this column.
To approve this version of the document, click the Approve icon in the Actions column.
Once Approved, the attributes associated with Questions tab and Documents tab cannot be edited. To edit the attributes, you need to created a revision of the Question and change the state to the Draft state.
