Users can create on or more Question Sub-section and also create one or more questions for each of the sub-sections. The sub-question and question details will be available on the Factory Review Template tab for selection.
Create a new Question Subsection
Navigate to Home > Sourcing > Setup > Factory Reviews Setup > Question Subsections tab.
In the Question Subsection column, mouse-over Actions and select New Question Subsection.
The new Question Subsection row is created in the table. Click anywhere within the cell and edit the details.
To create a Question under the Question Subsection, click on the arrow to expand the Question Subsection.
In the Question Subsection column, mouse-over Actions and select New Question.
The new Question row is created in the table. Click anywhere within the cell and edit the details.
NOTE: The questions created for each of the subsections are displayed in the Questions tab.
The following attributes are displayed in the default view:
Question Subsection: The name of the Question subsection is displayed in this field.
Localized Name: Localization details is displayed in this field.
Active: By default this check box is selected to render the attribute visible and available throughout the Centric 8 application.
Details: This field is editable only for a question within the Question Subsection.
Points Possible: This field is editable and available only for a question within the Question Subsection.
Allow Not Application: This field is available onlly for a question within the Question Subsection. By default. this option is set to False. To render the question Not application, select this check box. The users will be able to select certain questions within a sub-section and mark them as not applicable.
State: This field is applicable only to a question within the Question sub-section. The state of the question such as Draft, Submitted or Approved is displayed in this column. It is possible to change the state of the Question using the tick icon in the Actions column.
Actions: Icons for Move Up, Move Down, Copy and Delete are displayed in this column.
