KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS

An editable cell in the table is indicated by a small grey triangle displayed in the right hand bottom corner of the cell. Keyboard shortcuts can be used for such editable cells.

The following keyboard shortcuts can be used to modify the table layout and navigate through a table view:

Description

Arrow Keys

When the Up and Down arrows are available in the Actions column, you can select a table row and click on the Up and Down arrow on your keyboard to reposition the selected row.

RETURN Key

When working in a table view, press RETURN key to move the cursor down one row while remaining in the same column

SHIFT+RETURN key

When working in a table view, press SHIFT+RETURN to move the cursor up one row while remaining in the same column

TAB key

When working in a table view, press TAB to move right to the next editable cell in the table

SHIFT+TAB key

When working in a table view, press SHIFt+TAB to move left to the previous editable cell in the table

CTRL key+LEFT CLICK

When working with the Custom Views dialog box or selecting images, use CTRL+LEFT CLICK to select multiple items as a set

CTRL+SHIFT key

When working with a Custom Views dialog box or selecting images, use CTRL+SHIFT to select multiple items individually.
