FACTORY REVIEW TEMPLATES

Users can create one or more Factory Review Templates on this tab. Further, users can add Questions and Sub-Questions to the template. On approval, these templates are available on the Home > Sourcing > reviews tab. Using the templates created on this tab, users can create one or more factory reviews on the Reviews tab.

Create a new Factory Review Template

1. Navigate to Home >  Sourcing > Setup > Factory Reviews Setup > Factory Review Templates tab.

2. In the Factory Review Template column, mouse-over Actions and select New Factory Review Template.

   

3. A new blank row will be created in the Factory Review Templates table. Enter required details in the editable fields.

   

NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the corner of the cell.

4. The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Factory Review Template: The name of the Factory Review Template  will be displayed in this field.

• Description: A brief description of the Factory Review Template will be displayed in this field.

• State:  The state in which the factory review template is will be displayed in the field.

• Active: By default this check box is selected which indicates that the corresponding factory review template is visible and available for use within the Centric 8 application. To make a factory review template unavailable, de-select the corresponding check box in the Active column.

• Is Mainline Review?: By default, this check box is selected. To set this attribute to False, de-select the check box.

• Actions: Icons for creating a new revision based on the current revision, delete, and copy  are available in this column.
