Users can define multi-level classification for a Product category. These are categorized as Classifier0,Classifier1, Classifier2 and Classifier3, with Classifier0 as the highest level and Classifier3 as the lowest level classification. when creating a Style, users can associate the Classifier3 with the Style.
Define Classifier0
Navigate to Specification > Classifier
Mouse-over Actions and select New Classifier0 link in the Actions pop-up box.
Enter the Classifier0 details by clicking on the appropriate columns.
Define Classifier1
Navigate to Specification > Classifier
Click on the expand icon (+) against a Classifier0 to define the next level of classifier i.e. Classifier1.
Mouse-over Actions and select New Classifier1 link in the Actions pop-up box.
Enter the Classifier1 details by clicking on the appropriate columns.
Define Classifier2
Navigate to Specification > Classifier
Click on the expand icon (+) against a Classifier1 to define the next level of classifier i.e. Classifier2.
Mouse-over Actions and select New Classifier2 link in the Actions pop-up box.
Enter the Classifier2 details by clicking on the appropriate columns.
Define Classifier3
Navigate to Specification > Classifier
Click on the expand icon (+) against a Classifier2 to define the next level of classifier i.e. Classifier3.
Mouse-over Actions and select New Classifier3 link in the Actions pop-up box.
Enter the Classifier3 details by clicking on the appropriate columns.
The Active check-box is automatically checked to make this category active. Un-check to make it inactive.
The following attributes are displayed in the default view:
Classifier0: Displays the Classifier0 name
Code: Displays the code for the Classifier
Description: A brief description of the Classifier is displayed
Active: If the corresponding check box is selected, it indicates that the Classifier is available and visible throughout the application
Actions: This column consists of icons that allow actions such as Delete, Copy, etc.
