Calendar Activity

  How to create a New Calendar Activity:
 
  1. Navigate to Home }  Calendar } Calendar Templates
  2. From the Calendar Template column, select the required Calendar Template.
  3. In the Calendar Template tab, navigate to Activities table, mouse-over on Actions and click on New Template Activity.
  4. In the New Template Activity dialog, select an Activity Type from the drop-down. The following activity types are available in the drop-down menu.
  1. Each Activity Type requires additional details before user can save the activity to the calendar template as described below .

Calendar Type: Purchase Order Group

Additional Details

Manual Activity Select the purchase order Activity Level; select as Purchase Order Group, Purchase Order, PO Style, or PO Colorway.
Track Activity
 
  • Select Tracking Type based on the type of review.
  • Select Tracking Subtype based on the selected review type.
  • Select Tracking State based on your selections for the tracking type and review type.
  • Select Complete Condition is All to automatically se tracked activity to Complete when the tracked activity is Updated to the selected tracking state
 
Custom Customized Attribute is created based on the requirement.

Milestone

Select the Predecessor from the list of activities currently available in your Purchase Order Group Calendar template. Note that you must have at least one existing Purchase Order Group Calendar template activity before you can select a predecessor.

 

Calendar Type: Season

Manual Activity Select the  Activity Level based on your hierarchy items.
Track Activity
 
  • Select Tracking Type based on details you wish to track for the activity, for example, Style Color.
  • Select Tracking Type from the available list; Tracking Phase populates based on the selected tracking type. For example, select the tracking type "BOM" and select tracking phase "Sample".
  • Select Tracking State based on your selections for the tracking type and phase

When a data sheet status is updated in a specific phase, the track activity is automatically set to complete. Select Complete Condition is All if you wish to automatically set the tracked activity to Complete when the datasheet status updates to the selected tracking state, as this applies to the Season Calendar.

Calendar Type: Material Security Group

Manual Activity

Select the material Activity Level.

Track Activity
 
  • Select Tracking Type.
  • In Tracking Type menu, select from the available datasheets.
  • Once you select Tracking Type, the Tracking Subtype menu populates. Select from the available options.
  • In the Tracking State menu, select the datasheet state as Pending or Approved.
  • Select Complete Condition is All if you wish to automatically set the tracked activity to Compete when the datasheet status is updated to the selected tracking state.
Custom Customized Attribute is created based on the requirement.

Milestone

Select the Predecessor from the list of activities currently available in your calendar template. Note that you must have at least one existing calendar template activity before you can select a predecessor.

  1. The newly created Calendar Activity will be displayed in the Activities table.
  2. If an activity is required, in the Required column, turn on the corresponding check-box to specify the currently selected activity as required.
