ADD/EDIT/RESET COMMENTS

It is possible to add/edit comments for a cell in a Table.  When you add a comment to an editable cell, a small red triangle is displayed on the right hand top corner of the cell to indicate the presence of a comment.

  To add/edit a comment to an editable cell

Comments can be added and edited for all attribute cells except the cells in the Images column and the Actions column.

  1. Mouse-over anywhere within a cell in the table and select Edit Comment.

  2. In the Edit Comment dialog box, enter comment details.

 

      1. To view the Quick Start menu, click on the Quick Start icon,  

      2. The Quick Start menu consists of the following options:

§        Insert table,  

§        Unordered List,  

§        Ordered List,  

§        Insert Horizontal Line,

      1. The formatting tools available in the menu bar allows Users to format the comments text.

      2. To save the comments, click on Save.

      3. The comments will be saved and the cell will be marked with a small red triangle at the right hand top corner to indicate the presence of a comment. (Click here to view Screenshot)

  To view/reset comments
    1. The small red triangle displayed in the right hand corner of a cell indicates that the cell has some comments attached to it.

    2. Mouse-over anywhere within the cell to view the comments.

    3. To delete the comments, click on Reset Comment.
