This User Guide provides information about the following modules.
Various elements related to Material such as Security Groups, Colored Material, Samples, SKUs, Sourcing - Supplier Quotes and Requests, Care Labels, Composition of Materials, Placement, Product Symbols, Language and Product Structures are defined in this Module and used throughout the Centric 8 application.
The various first level tabs within the sourcing module allow Users to define supplier PO, Customer PO details, Shipment details, Suppliers, Factories, Reviews, Review Reports, Customers and Sales Divisions. The Setup tab provides several second level sub-tabs that help to define details such as Capability, Operation Group, Sub-Routings, Countries, HTS Codes, Shipping Container details, Shipping Port, Shipping Rates, Templates and Factory Reviews Setup.
Using the first level tabs within this module, users can define various specification details such as Hierarchy Item templates, classifier, color specification, sizes, size range, size map, size chart, size label, size specs, spec items, product alternative specifications, libraries and templates such as data package, size chart, spec data sheet and style BOM.
All hierarchy details related to Style can be defined in this module. Also, the styles defined in the hierarchy can be viewed under the Styles sub-tab. The Style Gallery sub-tab provides a view of the selected Styles in a Gallery. Users can also view the various colorways, samples, SKUs created for a style. The other sub-tabs provided in this module are Sample Storage, Competitive Styles and Supplier Requests.
