LAST VISITED OBJECTS

On Login, the Welcome Page displays the 10 last visited objects (in the descending order of most recently visited objects). Users can double-click on a listed object to begin the Checkout process.

NOTE

This feature is available only in Adobe CC 2015 and above.

Initially on login, the last visited list  in the Welcome Page is empty.

On subsequent Check Out, the last visited objects are listed in the Last Visited section.

NOTE

Only those objects that have a .ai and/or a .pdf file attached to it, will be displayed in the Last Visited list.

How it works

  1. If the last visited object consists of a single file that matches the Support Illustrator Extensions setting in Centric 8 (i.e. file with .ai or .pdf extension), then the file is opened automatically.

  2. Else, if the last visited object consists of more than one file that matches the Supported Illustrator Extensions setting in Centric 8 (i.e. file with .ai or .pdf extension), then a navigator pane is displayed listing all the available documents. The user can click on the required file they want to checkout and then click on the Check Out button to open it.
