CENTRIC 8 FOLDER HIERARCHY IN ILLUSTRATOR

To begin working with the Centric 8 file, in Ilustrator, use the Check Out feature to check out the file.

Centric 8 Folder Hierarchy in Illustrator

Check Out button is enabled in Illustrator by default, on login.

Check In button will be enabled in Illustrator, when you create a new .ai file and save it to the local directory.

To navigate to Centric 8 Active Document details

1. To navigate the Centric 8 objects, click on the Check Out button.

   

2. In the Check Out page, Browse through the folders. To view the files within the folders, click on the required folder.

   

3. Initially, the Back and Reset buttons are disabled. On selecting a file within a folder, these buttons will be enabled and available for use.
   
   The Back button allows you to navigate to the previously accessed folder while the Reset button allows you to navigate to the root folder.
