SORT

Users can use this tab to specify one or more attributes based on which the table values can be sorted. Further, the users can also specify if the attributes are to be sorted in a descending order.

How to specify Attributes for Sorting
  1. In the Custom Views dialog box, click on the Copy button and make a copy of the DEFAULT view.

  2. In the Name text box, enter a new name for the custom view.

  3. Click on the Sort tab.

  4. From the Attribute drop-down list, select an Attribute.

  5. To specify the Attribute listing in the descending order, select the Descending check box.

  6. To specify more Attributes, repeat steps 4 -5.

  7. To reposition an Attribute row, click on the Up or Down  arrow to move the row up or down.

  8. To remove an attribute row, click on the Remove icon corresponding to the required attribute row,

  1. To save the sort details, click on the Save button.

  1. The attribute specified on the Sort tab will be applied in the table in the order in which they are specified.
