An editable cell in the table is indicated by a small grey triangle displayed in the right hand bottom corner of the cell. Keyboard shortcuts can be used for such editable cells.
The following keyboard shortcuts can be used to modify the table layout and navigate through a table view:

When working in a table view, press RETURN key to move the cursor down one row while remaining in the same column |

When working in a table view, press SHIFT+RETURN to move the cursor up one row while remaining in the same column |
TAB key |
When working in a table view, press TAB to move right to the next editable cell in the table |
