FILTER

The Filter tab can be used to create a filtered custom view by setting up filter conditions using "AND", "OR" conditions for one or more attributes.  

IMPORTANT
    

Before creating a custom view it is important to copy the DEFAULT view and rename it. The tabs are available only for custom views.

How to set filter conditions
  1. From the Filter By drop-down box, select one of the options (either AND or OR)

  2. To add a filter attribute, click on the Add icon,

  3. The Attribute drop-down box is displayed. Select the required attribute from the list.

  4. From the Operator field, select the necessary operator condition

  5. In the Value text box, type an appropriate value.

  6. To group one ore attributes, select the Group check box.

  7. Use the Up or Down arrows to move the attribute up or down.

  8.  To delete an attribute filter condition, click on the Delete icon, corresponding to the required row, .
