The Rollup service is a background process that runs on the Centric 8 Application Server.  Its purpose is to keep the values of the ${ConfigurableAttribute.Plural} with Expressions up to date based on the data changes in the system. You can view or edit Rollup settings on this tab.

Centric 8 monitors all the changes in the system and reports them to the Rollup Queue.

Rollup fetches changes from the queue, and based on the Expression Dependency graph, it calculates all ${ConfigurableAttribute.Name} values with Expressions that depend on the changes.

Changes and Dependencies are tracked at the Node level.  This level of dependency tracking speeds up the calculation process.

• To stop this service from running, click on Stop. The service will be stopped and the words "STOPPED" will be displayed in a yellow bar. To restart the service, click on Restart.
• To refresh the tab details, click on the Refresh button.
  
• To start complete Database Rollup and recalculate all the expressions, click on the Complete button.
• To remove all duplicates from the Rollup Queue, click on the Shrink Queue button.
