The Prune Job allows you to delete all unwanted files and images for a completed ${Season.Name}. 

IMPORTANT: Files and objects removed by pruning are permanently deleted.

This tab consists of the following three sections:

Prior to defining a prune job, users must define Prune Options.

SECTION: PRUNE OPTIONS

How to define Prune Options
  1. In the Prune Options section, in the Prune Options column, mouse-over Actions and select New Prune Option. A new row is created and displayed in the table.
  2. Enter details in the editable cells, which are indicated by a grey triangle displayed in the right hand bottom corner of the cell.
  3. The following fields are displayed in the Default view:
    • Prune Options: Enter a name for the Prune option, details of which can be edited/updated
    • Delete Document Revisions: Select the checkbox corresponding to the required Prune to set this option as TRUE
    • Delete Data Sheet Revisions According to Prune Options: Select the checkbox corresponding to the Prune to set this option as TRUE
    • Delete Files from Old Revisions: Select the checkbox corresponding to the Prune to set this option as TRUE
    • Delete Unreferenced Images: Select the checkbox corresponding to the Prune to set this option as TRUE
    • Preview: Select the checkbox corresponding to the Prune to set this option as TRUE
    • Actions: Use the Delete icon corresponding to the Prune option to delete the prune option details
    Once the Prune Options have been defined, the Prune job can be specified in the Prune Job section.

SECTION: PRUNE JOBS

How to define a Prune Job

  1. In the Prune Job section, click anywhere in the Prune Options column to view the Prune Options list.
  2. Select a prune option from the list and click on Save. The selected prune option is displayed in the Prune Job table.

SECTION: DATA SHEET PRUNE OPTIONS

This section lists all the Business Objects, their display name and the Prune details.  The Prune (keep phase current Revisions) checkbox is selected by default. To discard the phase current Revisions, de-select the Prune (keep phase current Revisions) checkbox.
