You can globally create a team at any of the Hierarchy levels and assign users for a particular role.

How to create a new Shared Team

  1. In the Shared Team table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} Shared Team
  2. In the New Shared Team dialog box, enter the Shared Team name and select the required Hierarchy Level.
  3. Select the Active checkbox to render the new shared team active and available in the Centric 8 application.

The new shared team will be created and displayed in the Shared Team table.  The Role's Users, User's Roles and the Security tabs will be displayed.

To add details for Users and Roles. click on the radio button against a Shared Team.

For changes to be reflected within the C8 application , from the main menu bar, select Actions > Update Configuration.
