When an ${Image.Name} is added in a Docs & ${Comment.Plural} tab, ${Document.Plural} tab, the ${Image.Name} file is processed in the Requests table and a PNG thumbnail version of the ${Image.Name} generates and attaches to the ${Document.Name}.
