The Change Log tab provides information about the list of changes and filter options to the list of changes made to the C8 Objects.

The Change Log view displays the following:

• Time stamp of the change
• Instance- the type of the object to which the change was made
• C8 Object to which the change initiated
• Operation - the type of Change (Create, Update, Delete)
• C8 Attribute Name
• The Old Value
• The New Value
• Modified By

Users have an option to refine and filter the results that is required for display.

FILTERS

1. C8 Object: Administrators can set a filter option from the drop-down list. Attribute Name and Instance drop-down items are disabled until a Domain Object is set  for filter.
2. Changed Time: Tracking the changes based on time period mentioned on the calendar, options available are Today,Past Week, Past Month and Custom Date Range
3. Modified By: This field displays the User Names by whom the modification was done, are tracked and filtered.
4. Operation: This displayed what type of operation was carried out on the C8 object i.e. Created, Updated or Deleted

When a filter is applied , an additional Filtered by toolbar is displayed when users set filter options. 

• Users can clear or change the filter results with this filtered by toolbar. 
• Users also have an option to save the filter set as a custom view
  • Click on the left-most table icon with a drop-down list  in the toolbar and select Save or Save as option.
