On this tab, you can define the list of inspection questions that are used to inspect the quality of the items. Quality Inspectors use these list of inspection questions to ensure that the inspected items are in compliance with the defined quality standards. Each inspection question is represented as a Test Specification. 

For example, Carton weight, fabric check, packing, folding, embroidery, print, seam, care label check, deviation, specification check, reinspect, and so on.

How to create a Test Specification

  1. From the Test Specification column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New Test Specification. The New Test Specification dialog box is displayed.
  2. In the New Test Specification dialog box, in the Test Specification box, enter the name of the new test specification.
  3. In the Code box, enter a code of the new test specification.
  4. In the Linking Type drop-down list, select an appropriate linking type value.
  5. Click on Save.

NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.

NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.
