On this tab, you can create an Inspection Security Group and can define different access rules for a group of users to perform the inspection related activities. Inspection Security Group provides group-wise access to the users to perform the assigned quality inspections.

How to create a new Inspection Security Group

1. From the Inspection Security Group column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New Inspection Security Group. A new row is created in the Inspection Security Group table.
2. In the Inspection Security Group column, enter a name for the created Inspection Security Group.

The following fields are displayed in the Default view:

• Inspection Security Group: Displays the name of the Inspection Security Group, which can be edited/updated. Click on the Inspection Security Group name to view its properties, inspections, and team related information.
• Actions: This column provides Copy and Delete options to manage the Inspection Security Groups.

NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: Inspection related security roles have to be assigned to the users who perform the quality inspections. The applicable inspection related security roles are as follows:

• Inspection Administrator
• Inspection Editor
• Inspection Library Administrator
• Inspection Library Viewer
• Inspection Viewer
