Centric 8 includes the PDF Queue to track PDF generation. The PDF Queue table displays a list of all data sheet ${PDFRequest.Name}, data package ${PDFRequest.Plural}, Table view ${PDFRequest.Name} and Properties view ${PDFRequest.Name}. When you click the PDF link to export a Bill of Materials (${ProductBOM.Name}), Technical Data Sheet (TDS) or Data Package to PDF, your ${PDFRequest.Name} is sent to the PDF queue for processing, and the request and its status appears in the associated PDF Queue table.

Any of the following status is possible:

• Pending – When a ${PDFRequest.Name} is sent
• Active – When a data sheet is being converted to a PDF
• Suceeded – When a data sheet has been successfully converted to a PDF
• Failed – When the PDF conversion fails
