On this tab, you can create an external product appearance in terms of design concept, color combination, marketing samples, and so on. This tab gives an overall view of the product and display products of a similar kind.
How to create a new ${MarketingLook.Name}
- From the Marketing Look column, mouse-over ${Actions}, and then select ${New} ${MarketingLook.Name}. A new row is created.
- In the new row, enter details for the following columns:
- Marketing Look: Enter a name for the Marketing Look.
- Description: Enter a brief description for the Marketing Look.
- State: From the drop-down list, select an appropriate state for the Marketing Look.
- Primary Marketing Collection: From the drop-down list, select an appropriate Marketing Collection.
- Image: Upload an appropriate image of the Marketing Look.
How to select a Marketing Product
- In the Marketing Look table, from the Actions column, click on Option icon, and then select Select Marketing Products. The Select Marketing Products dialog box is displayed.
- In the Select Marketing Products dialog box, select check boxes corresponding to the required Marketing Products, and then click on Save. The selected Marketing Products are displayed in the Marketing Look table.
How to select a Sales Market
- In the Marketing Look table, from the Actions column, click on Option icon, and then select Select Sales Markets. The Select Sales Markets dialog box is displayed.
- In the Select Sales Markets dialog box, select check boxes corresponding to the required Sales Markets, and then click on Save. The selected Sales Markets are displayed in the Marketing Look table.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Marketing Look: Displays the name of the Marketing Look, which can be edited/updated. Click on the Marketing Look name, to view its Properties, and the associated Sales Markets and Marketing Products related information.
- Description: Displays a brief description of the Marketing Look, which can be edited/updated.
- State: Displays the state of the Marketing Look, which can be selected/updated. The applicable states are Draft, Released to Markets, Released to Customers, and Not Available.
- Primary Marketing Collection: Displays the name of the primary Marketing Collection, which can be selected/cleared.
- Image: Displays the image of the Marketing Collection.
- Marketing Products: This column displays the Marketing Products related information.
- Marketing Product: Displays the name of the Marketing Product.
- State: Displays the state of the Marketing Product.
- Sales Looks: This column displays the Sales Looks related information.
- Sales Market: Displays the name of the Sales Market.
- Sales Look: Displays the name of the Sales Look.
- State: Displays the state of the Sales Look, which can be selected/updated. The applicable states are Draft, Available to Sell, Sold Out, and Not Available.
- Actions: This column displays the following four options to maintain the Marketing Looks.
- Select Marketing Products: Through this option, an appropriate Marketing Product can be selected for the Marketing Look.
- Select Sales Markets: Through this option, an appropriate Sales Market can be selected for the Marketing Look.
- Push Marketing Products to Sales Markets: This option pushes the associated Marketing Products to the Sales Markets only in the following two states:
- Released to Markets
- Released to Customers
- Delete: This option deletes the Marketing Look. For more information, refer to Generic Features.
NOTE: The state of the Marketing Look is displayed with Draft by default. When the Marketing Look is ready to be released to the market, then select Release to Markets option. When the Marketing Look is ready to be released to the customer/buyer, then select Release to Customers option. If stocks of the Marketing Look is not available, then select Make Unavailable option.
NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.
NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.
NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.
