The ${Collection.Name} Management is an iPad interface that allows a user to browse an online catalog of Centric 8 products. ${MarketingCollection.Plural} hold a list of Products identified for a marketing purpose. After it is released to the market and based on the market response, it is released to the ${Customer.Name}.

How to create a new ${MarketingCollection.Name}

1. From the Marketing Collection column, mouse-over ${Actions}, and then select ${New} ${MarketingCollection.Name}. The New Marketing Collection dialog box is displayed.
2. In the New Marketing Collection dialog box, enter details for the following fields:
   • Marketing Collection: Enter a name for the Marketing Collection.
   • Currency: From the drop-down list, select an appropriate Currency.
   • SKU Based Ordering: If this order is based on SKU, then select this check box, and vice versa.
3. Click on Save. The new Marketing Collection is added and displayed in the Marketing Collection table.

Localizing Marketing Collections

1. To provide a better understanding of the Marketing Collection in the local language, you can localize the Marketing Collection name.
2. Click on the Locale drop-down list present on the table toolbar and select the required local language. 
3. In the Localized Name column, enter the Marketing Collection name in the local language. 
4. When the Locale drop-down list is set to English, mouse-over Localized Name column, to display the equivalent name of Marketing Collection in the local language.
5. When an appropriate local language is selected, the Localized Name column displays the ${MarketingCollection.Name} name in the selected local language.

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Marketing Collection: Displays the name of the Marketing Collection, which can be edited/updated.
• Localized Name: Displays the localized name of the Marketing Collection, when the local language is selected from the Locale drop-down list present on the table toolbar.
• Description: Displays a brief description of the Marketing Collection, which can be edited/updated.
• Code: Displays the code name of the Marketing Collection, which can be edited/updated.
• Currency: Displays the name of the Currency.
• Currency Table: Displays the Currency Table name, which can be selected/cleared.
• State: Displays the state of the Marketing Collection, which can be selected/updated. The applicable states are Draft, Released to Markets, Released to Customers, and Not Available.
• Image: Displays the image of the Marketing Collection.
• Actions: Displays the Delete icon to delete the Marketing Collection. For more information, refer to Generic Features.

NOTE: The state of the Marketing Collection is displayed with Draft by default. When the ${MarketingCollection.Name} is ready to be released to the market, then select Release to Markets option. When the Marketing Collection is ready to be released to the customer/buyer, then select Release to Customers option. If stocks of the Marketing Collection is not available, then select Make Unavailable option.

NOTE: A Marketing Collection cannot be delivered to a Customer if ${Material.Name} and ${Color.Name} have not been specified for a Marketing Product.

NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.
