You can view all ${ColorMaterial.Plural} created throughout the application, at the Site level. This tab only allows Users to view and edit the details for various ${ColorMaterial.Plural}. It is not possible to create a new ${ColorMaterial.Name} on this tab.

NOTE: The editable fields are indicated by a grey triangle displayed in the bottom right-corner of the cell.

To upload an image and execute the icons in the ${Actions} column refer Generic Features.

The attributes displayed in the Default view are as follows:

• Colored Material:One or more colored materials can be created on the Material Colored Material tab. All the ${ColorMaterial.Plural} created on this tab are displayed here.
• Description: A brief description of the color material.
• Color Specification: The color specification associated with the colored material is displayed. To choose a different color specification, click anywhere within the cell and select a color specification from the drop-down list. On selecting a color specification, details for the following fields are populated automatically if these details have been specified at the time of creating a color specification. Else, the fields will be blank and non-editable.
  • Color Specification Code: The code associated with the selected color specification is displayed here
  • Color Specification Description: A brief description of the selected color specification. 
  • Color Specification Pantone: The Pantone code for the selected color specification which is defined at the time of creating the color specification.
  • Color Specification Pantone TC: The Pantone TC number defined at the time of defining the Color Specification details
  • Status: This field is editable only when the Manage radio button is selected on the Material > Properties tab.
  • Image: Mouse-over on the cell and select the Browse Images link.  Upload and select an image. The selected image will be displayed as a thumbnail in the Image column.
• Information for the following attributes are populated while creating the Material. Else, if the attribute details are blank, then click on the Material name in the Material column to view and edit details on the Properties tab.

• Material Agent: The agent details are specified at on the Sourcing > Supplier tab at the time of defining a Supplier. 
• Supplier: The supplier details for the selected supplier are defined on the Sourcing > Supplier tab.
• Factory: The factory details for the selected supplier are defined on the Sourcing > Factory tab.
  

How to view the properties of a Colored Material 

1. Click on a ${ColorMaterial.Name} to view its Properties.
