On this tab, you can view all the ${Style.Plural} created throughout the Centric 8 application.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Style: The name of the Style. This field is editable. To view a list of all Styles or any one or more particular styles, click on (All) and from the drop-down menu, select the checkbox corresponding to one or more Styles.
- Code: Click anywhere in the cell and enter the alphanumeric code details.
- Description: Click anywhere in the cell and enter a brief description for the Style.
- Style Type: The Style Type details are automatically populated and displayed on selecting a Style. These details are created on the Setup > Configuration > Type Configuration tab and linked to one or more Styles at the time of creating a style. The Style Type details cannot be edited on this tab.
- Theme: The Theme is defined on for a Style on the Season hierarchy Theme tab using the Create Theme from Style option. To edit the details of the attribute, click anywhere within the cell and select another Theme from the drop-down list.
- Product Structure: One or more product structures can be created on the Material > Product Structure tab. To edit the column details, click anywhere within the cell and select Edit. In the Edit Product Structure dialog box, select another product structure from the list.
- Tool: One or more tools can be created on the Setup > Configuration > Type Configuration tab. The tool is associated with a product structure. Selecting a product structure will display the associated tool details automatically. If no tool is associated with the selected product structure, then this column will be blank.
- Development Type: This attribute is defined on the Setup > Configuration > Enumerations tab for the Enumeration type "DevtType".
- Active: This attribute is selected by default to indicate that it is available and visible throughout the application. To render a particular attribute invisible and unavailable, de-select the checkbox corresponding to a particular attribute.
- Carry Over: If the Style is a carry-over from the previous Season, then this check box is selected and vice versa.
- Collection, Department, Brand, Season: These associated attribute details are displayed automatically on selecting the Style.
- Image: Mouse-over anywhere within the cell and select Browse Images. In the Browse Images dialog box, select and upload a suitable image. A thumbnail of the selected image will be displayed in the table within the specified cell in the Image column.
- Actions: This column displays the New Issue icon. For more information on how to use the icons, refer Generic Features section.
NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle displayed in the right-hand bottom corner of the cell.
To view the properties for a ${Style.Name}, in the ${Style.Name} column, click on a ${Style.Name}.
Editing the list of suppliers in the Style table
The feature to edit the list of suppliers from the Style table view is now available in version 6.0 and higher.
To edit the Suppliers list
- In the Custom Views dialog box, add the attribute Product Suppliers from the Style Sourcing or Material Sourcing node.
- The Product Suppliers attribute will be added to the Styles table view as an editable field and users can edit the attribute using a multi-select drop-down menu that includes a Go to dialog box.
NOTE: If you are using the Style Assigned Agent attribute and you have defined the Agent - Supplier relationships, then Assigned Agent should be set before Product Suppliers because the system will suggest the Agent's Suppliers when the user is selecting Suppliers.
