You can define ${WorkflowStepParticipant.Name} and ${WorkflowStepParticipantRole.Name} for the selected Step ID.

In the Step ID table, select the radio button corresponding to the Step ID for which you wish to define Participants.

You can also update details in the table for the editable cells.

NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the corner of the cell

To select ${WorkflowStepParticipantRole.Name}

  1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select Select ${Role.Name}
  2. In the Select Role dialog box, select the ${Role.Plural} and click on ${Save}.
  3. Check the One Response Sufficient check box, if one response is sufficient for the ${Role.Name}
  4. To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column refer Generic Features.

To select ${WorkflowStepParticipant.Name}

  1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select Select ${User.Name}. In the Select User dialog box, select the ${User.Plural} and click on ${Save}.
  2. You can also update details in the table.
