You can define Notifications for the selected Step ID.

In the Step ID table, select the radio button corresponding to the Step ID for which you wish to define Notifications for ${Group.Plural} and ${User.Plural}.

You can also update details in the table for editable cells.

NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the corner of the cell

SECTION: GROUPS

To select ${Group.Name}

  1. In the Group column, mouse-over ${Actions} and click on Select ${Group.Name} . In the Select Group dialog box, select the ${Group.Plural} and click on ${Save}.
  2. To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column refer Generic Features.

SECTION: ROLES

To select ${Role.Name}

  1. In the Role column, mouse-over ${Actions} and select Select ${Group.Name} . In the Select Role dialog box, select one or more ${Role.Plural} and click on ${Save}.
  2. To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column refer Generic Features.

SECTION: USERS

To select ${User.Name}

  1. In the ${User.Name} column, mouse-over ${Actions} and select Select User. 
  2. In the ${User.Name} dialog box, select one or more ${User.Plural} and click on ${Save}
  3. To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column refer Generic Features.
