On this tab, you can create one or more contacts. C8 users may need to send Data Packages from C8 to contacts who are not defined in C8. These are mostly contacts associated with Suppliers but not defined as Supplier Contacts in Centric 8. To empower the C8 user,, it is helpful if they can manage their own email distribution lists in C8, and use these lists when sending a data package via email from C8.

This tab allows users to manage personal contacts.

To create a new contact

1. In the Contact column, mouse-over ${Actions} and select New Contact...
2. A new row is created in the table. Enter contact details in the editable cells.

NOTE: The editable cells are indicated by a small grey triangle displayed in the corner of the cell.
