On this tab, you can create one or more contact lists by putting together the contacts created on the Contacts tab. Each contact list can contain one more contact details and can be selected at the time of emailing a data package from a Style, Material or Supplier Request.

To create a new contact list

  1. In the Contact column, mouse-over ${Actions} and select New Contact List...
  2. A new row is created in the table.
  3. Enter details for the following default attributes

NOTE: To remove one more Contact List details from the table, click on the Remove icon  corresponding to the required contact list in the ${Actions} column.


IMPORTANT: The personal contact list is enabled by default. However, users can disable it on the Setup > Company > Company Defaults tab. To disable the personal contact list, clear the Allow Personal Contacts and Email lists check box.
