You can view all the ${SupplierRequest.Name} details in the Properties section. You can also add ${Supplier.Plural} and can create ${Style.Plural} for the ${SupplierRequest.Name}. Additionally, a new product item (that is, sample) on Supplier Request can be created with no Style or Material in the Styles table. To use new product items on the domain object Product on SR, the Custom Views has to be updated with the additional attributes such as Documents and Comments.
SECTION: SUPPLIERS
To add ${Supplier.Plural}
- In the ${Supplier.Name} section, mouse-over ${Actions}, and then select Add ${Supplier.Plural}. The Add Suppliers dialog box is displayed.
- In the Add ${Supplier.Plural} dialog box, select the required ${Supplier.Plural}, and then click ${Save}.
- To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column, refer to Generic Features:
- Click on Remove icon to remove the ${Supplier.Name}.
- Click on Email data packages icon to send the data packages through an email.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Supplier: Displays the Supplier name.
- Compliant: Displays the compliant information of the Supplier.
- ID: Displays the ID of the Supplier.
- State: Displays the state of the Supplier. The applicable states are Pending, Approved, and Inactive.
- Is Agent: This attribute displays that the Supplier is also an Agent. If this check box is selected, then the related Supplier is also an Agent and vice versa.
- Is Supplier: If this check box is selected, then the Agent attribute is editable and vice versa in the Properties tab of the related Supplier.
- Is Warehouse: This attribute displays that the Supplier is having the Warehouse or not. If this check box is selected, then the related Supplier is having the Warehouse and vice versa.
- Classification: Displays the type of the Supplier.
- Country: Displays the country name of the Supplier.
- Agent: In the Properties tab of the related Supplier, this attribute is editable if the Is Supplier check box is selected and vice versa.
- Suppliers: This attribute displays the list of Suppliers assigned to the related Supplier. In the Properties tab of the related Supplier, this attribute is editable if the Is Agent attribute is selected and vice versa.
- Factories: This attribute displays the list of Factories assigned to the related Supplier. In the Properties tab of the related Supplier, this attribute is editable if the Is Supplier attribute is selected and vice versa.
- Port of Origin: Displays the port of origin of the Supplier.
- Actions: This column provides the Email data packages and Remove icons to email the data packages and to remove the related Supplier respectively.
SECTION: STYLES
To add Products
- In the ${Style.Plural}/${Material.Plural} section, mouse-over ${Actions}, and then select Add Products. The Add Products dialog box is displayed.
- In the Add Products dialog box, select the required Products, and then click on ${Save}.
- To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column, refer to Generic Features:
- Click on the Options icon and select Email ZIP file to send the Data Package through an email in the ZIP file format.
- Click on the Options icon and select Download ZIP file to download the Data Package in ZIP file format. This command allows a portal supplier to download all the Data Packages.
To add New Product on SR
- In the ${Style.Plural}/${Material.Plural} section, mouse-over ${Actions}, and then select New Product on SR.
- In the Product on SR box, enter the name for the new Product Sample.
- In the Image column, mouse-over within the cell, and then select Browse Images to upload the required artwork sample or image files.
- In the Product on SR column, click on the created Product name, and then navigate to the Docs & Comments tab.
- In the Docs & Comments tab, in the Documents section, click on the Select Files button. The Open dialog box is displayed.
- In the Open dialog box, search and upload the required documents (for example, Product Design, Product Specifications, and so on).
- The uploaded documents are displayed in the Documents column of the Styles table.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Product on SR: The Product name which can be edited/updated.
- Image: Displays the image files of the related Product.
- Code: Displays the code of the related Product.
- Description: Displays the description details of the related Product.
- Collection*: Displays the Collection name of the related Product.
- Department*: Displays the Department name of the related Product.
- Brand*: Displays the Brand name of the related Product.
- Season*: Displays the Season name of the related Product.
- Data Package: The Data Package name of the related Product is displayed which can be edited/updated.
- Data Package Documents: This attribute display the documents that are present in the Data Package of the related Product.
- Data Sheets: This attribute displays the following data sheet related details:
- Data Sheet: Displays the data sheet name of the related Product with the link.
- Type: Displays the type of the data sheet.
- View: Displays the link to view to the related data sheet.
- File: Displays the files specific to the related Product.
- Actions: This column provides the options such as Email ZIP file, Download ZIP file, Generate PDF, Reset from Data Package Template, and Delete to manage the documents present in the related Product.
NOTE: Using the Data Package column of Styles table, the data packages attached to the related Style can be edited directly from this tab.
NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.
NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.
NOTE: The attributes marked with the symbol (*) are only applicable for the Product type of samples.
NOTE: Define the Custom Views with an appropriate attributes for the Styles table, while creating Product on SR type of samples.
