In this page you can define the ${SupplierContractualDocument.Plural} and ${ContractualDocumentPackage.Name} for the selected ${Supplier.Name}.

SECTION: CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS

Users can create one or more new contractual documents from the following options:

Attribute details can be updated in the table for those fields which are editable. The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the corner of the cell.

To execute the icons in the Actions column refer Generic Features. 

NOTE: Click on the 'Approve the current revision' icon to approve the current revision of the ${ContractualDocument.Name}.

SECTION: CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENT PACKAGES

Users can define one more more contractual document packages on this tab.

To define New ${ContractualDocumentPackage.Name} 

  1. In the ${ContractualDocumentPackage.Name} table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select New ${ContractualDocumentPackage.Name} . Enter the details in the table.
    NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the corner of the cell 

To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column, refer Generic Features. Click on the 'Generate to PDF' icon to generate a PDF.
Click on a ${ContractualDocumentPackage.Name} to assign ${ContractualDocument.Plural}.
