You can use this tab to group library details for organizing and filtering at the lower hierarchy levels. You can create library elements which adds the element to the parent library, or you can create a library by selecting existing elements from within the parent library. You can create one or more libraries for the following types:

How to define a new Library element

  1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select :
    • ${New} ${LibCareSymbol.Name} OR
    • ${New} ${LibColorSpecification.Name} OR ${New} ${LibMaterial.Name} OR
    • ${New} ${LibSizeLabel.Name}.
  2. A new row is created in the table. Enter the necessary details.
  3. Depending on the Type of Library, the Type attribute value will be displayed by default and will be non-editable.

For example, if you create a library element of type ${LibMaterial.Name}, then the Type attribute will display ${LibMaterial.Name} by default and this value cannot be edited.

Only those libraries that are associated with a particular type will be available at the time of creating an item associated with that type. For example, when creating Materials for a Material Security Group, only the ${LibMaterial.Name} elements will be available for selection.

To define one or more elements for a Library, click on a library.
