You can define different templates of ${DataPackage.Name} from which you can select and create a PDF package. You can create multiple templates for the same page.

NOTE: ${DataPackageTemplate.Name} can be created for both ${Style.Plural} and ${Material.Plural}.

Once you create a ${DataPackageTemplate.Name}, you can drill into a template and select data sheets you wish to include, define the phase from which to pull data sheets, and reorder the data sheets before output.

How to define a ${DataPackageTemplate.Name}

  1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} ${DataPackageTemplate.Name}.
  2. In the New ${DataPackageTemplate.Name} dialog box, record the details and click on ${Save}.
  3. The Include Cover sheet check box is selected by default to include a cover sheet. De-select the checkbox to exclude the cover sheet.

NOTE: The cover sheet lists the pages included in the ${DataPackage.Name}, and provides an area for comments once selected on a ${Style.Name}.

You can also update the details in the ${DataPackageTemplate.Name} table.

The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle displayed in the right-hand bottom corner of the cell.

To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column, refer Generic Features.

You can click on a template to view the properties of the ${DataPackage.Name} and define ${DataPackageTemplate.Name}.
