You can define a ${CareSymbol.Name} instructions and Icons library for bleach, dry, dry clean, iron, special instruction, warning, and wash care symbol labeling. You can also categorize and rank care labels to determine care instructions and care icons.
How to create a new ${CareSymbol.Name}
- In the Care Label column, mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} ${CareSymbol.Name} .
- A new row is created in the table.
- Enter the care label details and click on ${Save}.
TIP: The editable fields are indicated by a grey triangle displayed in the right-hand top corner of the cell.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Care Label: The name specified for the care label
- Description: Enter a brief description for the care label
- Purpose: From the drop-down list, select the purpose for the Care Label. Users can define whether the created Care Label is used as a Care Icon or as a Care Instruction.
- Care Type: From the drop-down list, select a care type.
NOTE: One or more care types enumeration values can be defined on the Setup Configuration Enumerations tab. - Rank: This attribute is editable. Click anywhere within the cell and enter an integer value for the rank.
- Tags: Select one or more tags from the existing list. Else, to create a new tag, click anywhere within the cell and enter a tag name. Select the new tag and click on the Add icon.
- Image: Click anywhere within the cell and select Browse Images to browse and upload an appropriate image.
- ${Active}: By default, this checkbox is selected to indicate that the corresponding care label is selected and available for use throughout the application. To render this care label in active and unavailable, de-select the checkbox.
- Actions: To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column, refer Generic Features
If you have defined languages in the ${Language.Name} tab, enter the appropriate translation for the ${CareSymbol.Name} term in each ${Language.Name} column.
Click on a ${CareSymbol.Name} to view its properties.
NOTE: The Care Type attribute details are defined in the Setup > Configuration > Enumerations tab.
