On this tab, you can view of ${ShapeMaster.Plural} supports the creation and copy of ${ShapeMaster.Plural}. 

SECTION: PROPERTIES

In this section the properties of the Shapes is displayed. The Shape Security Group and the Description of the Shape associated is available in Default view.
NOTE: The editable cells are indicated by a small grey triangle displayed in the right-hand top corner of the cell.

SECTION: SHAPE MASTERS

How to create a ${ShapeMaster.Name}

  1. In the ${ShapeMaster.Name} column, mouse-over Actions and select New Shape...
  2. A new row is created in the table. A Shape Master titled "Unnamed" is created by default. To change the name, click anywhere within the cell and enter the new name.
  3. The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
    • Shape Master: By default, the Shape Master is titled "Unnamed" at the time of creation. Users can click anywhere within the cell and rename the new ${ShapeMaster.Name}
    • Shape Security Group: The name of the Security Group associated with the Shape Master
    • All Seasons: If no season is associated with a Shape Master, then this check box is available for selection. To associate all seasons with a Shape Master, select this check box.
      IMPORTANT: For the All Seasons check box to be available for selection, it is necessary to de-select the Restrict Edits check box in the Edit Attributes dialog box on the Setup > Configuration > Business Attribute tab : Shape Master > All Seasons attribute.
    • Shapes:
      • Shape 
      • Seasons
    • Actions: Icon for copy are displayed in this column.

TIP: The ${Actions} column does not display the Remove icon. A ${ShapeMaster.Name} or a Shape cannot be removed from this tab. However, it is possible to edit the Season list associated with the Shape and the ${ShapeMaster.Name}. It is possible to remove a Shape Master and the Shape associated with it using the Shapes tab.

NOTE: If at the time of creating a Shape Master, one or more ${Season.Plural} are not associated with it, then the All Seasons check box is available for selection in the table. Else, if the Shape Master is associated to one or Seasons in the Create New Shape form, then the All Seasons check box will be greyed out and unavailable.

NOTE: All the details created on this tab are also updated on the Shapes tab.
