On this tab, you can view the Properties of the ${SalesOrder.Name}, and create Line Items for the same. A Line Item contains the Colorway or SKU name, list of applicable Sizes or Style SKU, Price, and Quantity of the Sales Product.

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

NOTE: To release a Sales Order, turn on the Release icon present on the table toolbar. After releasing the Sales Order, attributes such as Released and Release Date are updated automatically.

SECTION: LINE ITEMS

NOTE: Prior to creating one or more Line Items on the Sales Order, it is necessary to create a Sales Order. Also, it is necessary to create a Marketing Collection with one or more Marketing Products, Sales Markets, Sales Division, and Customers. Marketing Collection must be created with Colored MaterialsThe state of Colored Materials must be present in the Available to Sell. Then only, an appropriate Line Items can be created on the Sales Order

How to define a Line Item

  1. From the Line Item column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New from Sales Colorway. The New from Sales Colorway dialog box is displayed.
  2. In the New from Sales Colorway dialog box, select check boxes corresponding to the required Sales Colorway, and then click on Save.
  3. In the Sizes > Qty column, enter the order quantity value for each Size. The associated columns such as Total Qty, Price, and Total Price are updated corresponding to the entered quantity for each Size.

NOTE: The Total Price column from the Line Item table is calculated based on the Wholesale Price (WSP) of the Sales Product.

SECTION: SKU LINE ITEMS

NOTE: Prior to creating one or more Line Items on the Sales Order, it is necessary to create a Sales Order. Also, it is necessary to create a Marketing Collection with one or more Marketing Products, Sales Markets, Sales Division, and Customers. Marketing Collection must be created with Sales SKUs. The state of Sales SKUs must be present in the Available to Sell. Then only, an appropriate Line Items can be created on the Sales Order.

How to define an SKU Line Item

  1. From the SKU Line Item column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New from Sales SKU. The New from Sales SKU dialog box is displayed.
  2. In the New from Sales SKU dialog box, select check boxes corresponding to the required Sales SKU, and then click on Save.
    NOTE: The Sales SKUs are available in the SKU Line Item table, only when its state is present in the Available to Sell.
  3. In the Qty column, enter the order quantity value for the Style SKU. The Total Price column is updated corresponding to the Qty value.

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.
