On this tab, you can create one or more ${SalesPromo.Plural} for the selected ${SalesMarket.Name}.
How to create a new ${SalesPromo.Name}
- From the Promotion column, mouse-over ${Actions}, and then select New ${SalesPromo.Name}. A new row is created for the Sales Promotion.
- In the new row, enter details for the following attributes:
- Promotion: Enter a name for the Sales Promotion.
- Description: Enter a brief description for the Sales Promotion.
- Active: This check box is selected by default, to maintain the related Sales Promotion in the active state. The active Sales Promotion is available throughout the Centric 8 application, wherever applicable.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Promotion: Displays the name of the Sales Promotion, which can be edited/updated. Click on the Sales Promotion name, to view its properties and the related Sales Products.
- Description: Displays a brief description of the Sales Promotion, which can be edited/updated.
- Active: This check box is selected by default while creating the new Sales Promotion.
- Actions: This column provides the Delete option to delete the Sales Promotion. For more information, refer to Generic Features.
NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell
NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.
