For business models that use in-house warehouse samples, you can create a ${StockOrder.Name} to request and reserve a specific ${Material.Name} and quantity to create ${Material.Name} or ${Style.Name} product samples. The warehouses gathers the requested ${Material.Plural} and delivers them to the Customer.

The Properties sections displays the stock level details for the selected Material SKU.

NOTE: Stock details are defined for a Material SKU 

SECTION: STOCK ORDERS

How to create a new ${StockOrder.Name}

• In the ${StockOrder.Plural} table, mouse-over ${Actions} and click on the ${New} ${StockOrder.Name} link 
• A new row for Stock Order is created, enter the details for the Stock Orders
• Select the Reservation? check-box to set a reserved amount on the stock level.
• Mouse-over State field and select ${Issue.Name} in the Action tool tip box to issue the requested quantity.

NOTE: You cannot issue stock without assigning a ${Season.Name} and a Warehouse.

You can also change the Issued Stocks status to the following:

1. Back to Draft : Mouse-over State and select Back to Draft on the list to go back to the Draft state.
2. Accept:  Mouse over State and select Accept on the list to accept the ${Material.Name} Stock Order.
