On this tab, you can view the SKU related information such as Properties, Documents, and Comments.
SECTION: PROPERTIES
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Style SKU: Displays the name of the selected SKU.
- Colorway: Displays the applicable Colorway names.
- Size: Displays the applicable Size information.
- Status: Displays the status of the selected SKU, which can be selected/cleared.
- Carry Over: If this check box is selected, then this SKU is a carry over from the previous season and vice versa.
- GTIN: Displays the GTIN related information.
- 12of5 Mstr Carton: Displays the 12of5Msts Carton related information.
- 12of5 Pallet: Displays the 120f5 Pallet related information.
- Supplier Quote: Displays the Supplier Quote for the related SKU, which can be selected/cleared.
- Supplier Default Agent: Displays the default agent related information.
- Supplier: Displays the Supplier name.
- Factory: Displays the Factory name.
- HTS Codes: Displays the applicable HTS code of the SKU.
- Duty Additional: Displays the additional duty related information.
- Duty Per Item: Displays the Duty per item related information.
- Duty Status: Displays the status of the Duty.
SECTION: DOCUMENTS
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Document: Displays the name of the document, which can be edited/updated.
- Latest Revision: Displays the latest revision number of the document.
- Revision Description: Displays the Revision Description details of the document.
- Rev Created: Displays the revision created timestamp details of the document.
- File: Through this column, the document can be posted.
- Images: Displays the images related to the document.
- Image: Displays the image of the document.
- Actions: Displays the Option and Delete icons to manage the document life cycle.
How to upload a document
- In the Document table, mouse-over Actions, and then select New Document. A new row is created for the document.
- In the Document column, enter the name of the document.
- In the File column, mouse-over anywhere within the cell. and select Browse Files. The Open window is displayed.
- In the Open window, locate and select the file, and then click on Open. The selected file is uploaded and displayed in the File column.
- To revise or approve the document, click on the Option icon present in the Actions column, and then select the appropriate command. The related document is revised or approved.
NOTE: After the approval of the document, the Option icon disappears.
SECTION: COMMENTS
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Subject: Displays the subject of the comment.
- Last Post: Displays the last post related information.
- Replies: Displays the replies for the comments.
