You can select ${Calendar.Name} activities from the ${MasterCalendar.Name}, at the ${SKU.Name} level.

To create new from ${MasterCalendar.Name}

1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} from ${MasterCalendar.Name}. 
2. In the ${New} from ${MasterCalendar.Name} dialog box, select the ${MasterCalendar.Name} and click on ${Save}.
   NOTE: The already selected ${MasterCalendar.Name} is not available for selection
