On this tab, users can create a new ${SupplierRequest.Plural} for the selected ${Material.Name}.
To create a new ${SupplierRequest.Name}
- Mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} ${SupplierRequest.Name}.
- In the ${New} ${SupplierRequest.Name} - Define Supplier Request dialog box, enter the details and click on Finish. The ${SupplierRequest.Name} is created and the Properties section is displayed.
ELSE, to include Suppliers, click on Next. In the ${New} ${SupplierRequest.Name} - Select Suppliers to include in Supplier Request dialog box, select one or more Suppliers. Click on Finish. - The ${SupplierRequest.Name} is created and displayed in the ${SupplierRequest.Name} table. To view the properties of the new ${SupplierRequest.Name}, click on the created ${SupplierRequest.Name}.
- You can change the State of the ${SupplierRequest.Name} here. To change the state, in the State column, click anywhere within the cell corresponding to the required ${SupplierRequest.Name}. If the ${SupplierRequest.Name} is present in the DRAFT state, then you can change the state to ISSUE.
ELSE, if the ${SupplierRequest.Name} is present in the ISSUE state, then you can change the state to either CLOSE or RE_ISSUE.
NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Supplier Request: The name for the ${SupplierRequest.Name} which can be edited/updated.
- Type: The type of the ${SupplierRequest.Name}.
- Requester: This attribute can be updated, while creating a new ${SupplierRequest.Name}. Click anywhere within the cell and select the Requester name from the available list.
- Due Date: Due date for the ${SupplierRequest.Name}. Click anywhere within the cell and select the due date from the Calendar.
- State: The state of the ${SupplierRequest.Name}. The default state is DRAFT. Mouse-over within the cell to change the state to ISSUE, CLOSE, or RE_ISSUE.
- State Modified Date: This attribute shows the modified date of the state of ${SupplierRequest.Name}.
- State Modified By: This attribute shows the name of the User who have modified the state of ${SupplierRequest.Name}.
- Stock Order: This attribute shows the associated Stock Order name of the ${SupplierRequest.Name}.
- Actions: This column provides the Manage Stock Order, Delete Stock Order, and Delete icons. For more details, refer Generic Features section.
NOTE: You can edit the details for the ${SupplierRequest.Name} for those cells that are indicated by a grey triangle displayed in the lower-right corner of the cell.
To execute the icons in the ${Actions} column, refer Generic Features. Click on the Manage ${StockOrder.Name} icon to create a new ${StockOrder.Name} for the ${SupplierRequest.Name}.
To view the properties of a ${SupplierRequest.Name}, create ${SupplierItem.Plural} and ${ProductSample.Plural}, and then click on a ${SupplierRequest.Name}.
NOTE: A new Stock Order can be created using the Manage Stock Order icon. An existing Stock Order can be deleted using the Delete Stock Order icon. Similarly, an existing ${SupplierRequest.Name} can be deleted using the Delete icon.
