On this tab, you can view the Factory Review details for the selected factory review. Initially, the factory review is in the DRAFT state. To either change the state of the factory review to PENDING or APPROVED, users must first answer all the Questions included in the Factory Review.

SECTION: QUESTIONS

1. This section displays all the Questions included in the Factory Review.
   NOTE: You can select one or more Questions to be included in the Factory Review on the Factory Review Templates tab at the time of creating the Factory Review Template.
2. Select Yes/No/Generic options from the Response attribute drop-down menu.
3. Depending on the response, the Points scored attribute is updated automatically.
   NOTE: Unless the Response attribute is adequately completed, the state of the Factory Review cannot be changed Submitted or Completed.
4. To change the state of the Review to Submitted state, click on the small blue arrow in the flowchart. The Review is Submitted and the Submitted box is displayed in green along with a PDF file containing the summary of the Review Questions.
5. To complete the Factory Review, click on the small blue arrow before the Completed box. The Factory will now be Completed and the review details are compiled in to a PDF file format. Click on the PDF icon to view the contents of the PDF file.
