On this tab you can view Companies of the type ${Supplier.Plural}, ${Customer.Plural} or ${SalesDivision.Plural}. You can also assign one or ${User.Plural} to Host ${CompanyInfo.Name}, or Companies.
SECTION: COMPANIES
In this section, you can view all the Companies of the type ${Supplier.Plural}, ${Customer.Plural} or ${SalesDivision.Plural} that have been brought online.
NOTE: You can create one or more Companies of the type ${Supplier.Plural}, ${Customer.Plural} or ${SalesDivision.Plural} on the Home > Sourcing > Supplier or Customers or Sales Divisions tab respectively.
You can either add one or more Companies to the table or bring existing Comanies of the type ${Supplier.Plural}, ${Customer.Plural} or ${SalesDivision.Plural}.
- You can add one or more ${Supplier.Plural}, ${Customer.Plural} or ${SalesDivision.Plural} in the ${CompanyInfo.Name} table using the New Online... options available in the table menu bar Actions drop-down list.
- To bring Companies online, select Bring ...Online option from the table menu bar Actions drop-down list.
The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:
- Company: The name of the Company
- Type: The type of the Company i.e.${Supplier.Plural}, ${Customer.Plural} or ${SalesDivision.Plural}
- Total Users: Number of users assigned to the Company. You can create and assign one or more users in the Local Users section
- Active Users: The number of users that are active for the selected company type
- Max Active Users: The maximum number of users that are specified as Active. To edit the details, click anywhere within the cell and enter a number
- Active: Select the checkbox corresponding the the required Company to render the selected company as Active and available throughout the C8 application
- Self Managed:
- Default Site Locale: From the drop-down list, select a default site locale.
- ${Actions}: To use the icons in the ${Actions} column, refer Generic Features section.
SECTION: LOCAL USERS
In this section, you can create one or more Users for a Company.
To create and assign a new User Login for a ${CompanyInfo.Name}
- In the Company table, click on the radio button corresponding to the required company name.
- In the Local Users section, in the User Login column, mouse-over ${Actions} and select New User...
- In the New User dialog box, enter the details for the new user login and click on Save.
