Merchandising supports the merchandise planning processes for an organization.  Merchandising module allows users to configure their own hierarchy and comes with very few attributes since every organization usually has specific attributes they plan by as well as calculations for some of these attributes. In this page you can configure the ${MerchFolderSubtype.Name}.

To define a ${MerchFolderSubtype.Name}

1. Mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} ${MerchFolderSubtype.Name}
2. In the ${MerchFolderSubtype.Name} dialog box, enter the ${MerchFolderSubtype.Name} and click on ${Save}. 
3. The ${Active} checkbox is selected by default to render the ${MerchFolderSubtype.Name} active and available in Centric 8. 
4. Check the  Auto Create ${Team.Name} check box to automatically add a ${Team.Name} tab to the ${MerchFolder.Name} level.
5. In the Children ${MerchFolderSubtype.Plural} column, click on the drop-down list and select one or more Children ${MercCollectionSubtype.Plural}.
6. To execute the action icons in the ${Actions} column, refer Generic Features.

NOTE: ${MerchFolderSubtype.Plural} and ${MerchFolder.Plural} should be first defined before they can be selected.
