On this tab, you can define the ${MerchFolder.Name} for the selected Hierarchy ${MerchPlan.Name}.

The Season for which the merchandising plan is created is termed as "${MerchVersion.Name}". The list of versions is displayed in the ${MerchVersion.Name} drop-down list.
From the ${MerchVersion.Plural} drop-down list, select the ${MerchVersion.Name} for which you want to create one or more ${MerchFolder.Plural}.

How to create a new from ${MerchFolder.Name}

• In the Folder column, mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} from ${MerchFolder.Name}. In the ${New} ${MerchFolder.Name} dialog box, select the ${MerchFolder.Plural} and click on ${Save}.
• To execute the action icons in the ${Actions} column, refer Generic Features.
• Click on a ${MerchFolder.Name} to create ${MerchCollection.Plural}

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Folder: The folder created for the Plan is displayed here.
• Previous Season:
• Actions: This column provides the Delete option to delete the Folder. For more information, refer to Generic Features.

In earlier versions of C8 (5.6.6 and earlier) Secondary values were only managed within the Secondary tab. A new view is now available in the Custom Views dialog box, so that Secondary information can be displayed along the main hierarchy view. Using this new custom view option, users can choose whether or not to display the secondary values as columns in the main hierarchy views.

To view/disable Secondary information in the table view

• On the table toolbar, click on the Views button.
• In the Custom Views dialog box, click on the Options button.
• From the Secondary Display Type drop-down menu, select Disable or Column to either disable the secondary values or to display the values in a column in the main hierarchy views respectively.
• To save the custom view, click on ${Save}.
