You can use this tab to assign one or more ${Material.Plural} to the ${MaterialSecurityGroup.Name}. 

How to create a new ${Material.Name}
1. In the ${Material.Name} table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} ${Material.Name}.
2. In the ${New} ${Material.Name} dialog box, enter the ${Material.Name} Type details and click on ${Save}.
3. The  ${New} ${Material.Name} is created and displayed in the table. The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• ${Material.Name}: The name for the Material which can edited/updated
• Code: An alphanumeric code provided for the material which can be edited/updated
• Description: A brief description corresponding to the Material
• Season: The Season with which the Material is associated. These details can be edited/updated
• Brand: This field will become editable only when details for the Season field has been updated. If you have defined the Brand hierarchy details for the selected Season, then you select the required Brand from the drop-down list. Else, this field will not non-editable.
• Managed:
• Status:
• ${Material.Name} Type: One or more ${Material.Plural} Type is defined on the Setup > Configuration > Type Configuration > Material Type which can be viewed for selection here
• Default Color: If one or more colorways have been defined on the Colorways tab for the selected Brand, then the list of colorways is available here for selection. You can select a colorway as the Default Color.
• Composition: You can define the composition of one or more Materials on the Home > Material > Composition tab which is then available for selection here.
• Security Group: One or more ${MaterialSecurityGroup.Name} can be created on the Home > Material > Material Security Group tab which is available on this tab for viewing and selection.
• Libraries: The Material Group Library created on the Home > Specification > Libraries tab can be viewed and selected here. 
• Tags: Click anywhere in the cell and select a tag from the available list. Else, create a new Tag.
• Image: Click anywhere in the cell and select the Browse Images link. In the Browse Images dialog box, select an image.
• Active: This checkbox is automatically selected and the Material is rendered active and available throughout the Centric 8 application. To render it inactive and unavailable, de-select the checkbox.
• Actions: This column provides the edit, delete and other icons. For more details, refer Generic Features section.

How to assign existing ${Material.Name} details to a ${MaterialSecurityGroup.Name} 
1. In the ${Material.Name} table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select ${New} from ${Material.Name}.
2. In the ${New} from ${Material.Name} dialog box, select one or more ${Material.Plural} to be assigned to the ${MaterialSecurityGroup.Name} and click on ${Save}.
3. The details of the selected ${Material.Plural} are displayed in the ${New} from ${Material.Name} dialog box. Edit/Update details as required and click on ${Save}.
4. The ${New} ${Material.Plural} will be displayed in the ${Material.Plural} table.
To view all the properties of a ${Material.Name}, click on the ${Material.Name}. 

It is possible to move one or more ${Material.Plural} from another ${MaterialSecurityGroup.Name} to the current ${MaterialSecurityGroup.Name}.
 
How to move one or more ${Material.Plural} from another ${MaterialSecurityGroup.Name}
1. In the ${Material.Name} table, mouse-over ${Actions} and select Move ${Material.Plural} from 
2. In the Move Materials from dialog box, in the ${Material.Name} Type, click on the All drop-down arrow. Select one or more ${Material.Plural} to be moved to the current ${MaterialSecurityGroup.Name} and click anywhere outside the dialog box.
3. The ${Material.Plural} associated with the selected ${Material.Name} Type will be displayed. Select the checkbox corresponding to the ${Material.Plural} to select it and then click on Save. The selected ${Material.Plural} will be displayed in the table.
4. You can edit/update details for cells that are editable and indicated by a grey triangle displayed at the right-hand bottom corner of the cell.

Note: When the ${Material.Name} is inactive, it is not available for selection.
