On this tab, you can create Spec Data Sheets based on the ${SpecLibraryItem.Name} Type (Construction and Packaging). You can either create a New ${SpecDataSheet.Name} or create one from an existing ${SpecDataSheet.Name}.

How to create a New ${SpecDataSheet.Name}

1. In the Spec DataSheet column,mouse-over ${Actions}
2. Select ${New} ${SpecDataSheet.Name} link, in the New Spec Data Sheet dialog box, enter the details and click on ${Save}

How to create New from ${SpecDataSheet.Name}

1. In the Spec DataSheet column,mouse-over ${Actions}
2. Select New from ${SpecDataSheet.Name}, in the New from Spec Data Sheet dialog box, select the Spec Data Sheets and click on Save
3. The New from Spec Data Sheet page is displayed. Enter the description and click on ${Save}

How to create New from Template

1. In the Spec DataSheet column,mouse-over ${Actions}
2. Select New from ${SpecDataSheet.Name} link, in the New from Template dialog box, select the Spec Data Sheets and click on ${Save}.
   
   You can update information directly in the table.

NOTE: The editable fields are indicated with a grey triangle in the corner of the cell.

Click on the ‘Edit’ icon to open the Edit dialog box and edit the ${SpecDataSheet.Name}. 

Click on ‘Approve the current phase and advance to next phase with a new revision’ icon to approve the ${SpecDataSheet.Name}.
