On this tab, you can view the following list of information for the selected Marketing Collection:

• Presentation Properties
• Marketing Products
• Marketing Materials
• Marketing Looks

This tab provides a printable report of the selected Marketing Collection.

SECTION: PROPERTIES

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Marketing Collection: Displays the name of the Marketing Collection, which can be edited/updated.
• Localized Name: Displays the localized name of the Marketing Collection, which can be edited/updated.
• Description: Displays the description of the Marketing Collection, which can be edited/updated.
• Code: Displays the code name of the Marketing Collection, which can be edited/updated.
• Currency: Displays the currency name that is applicable for the Marketing Collection.
• Currency Table: Displays the name of the Currency Table, which can be selected/cleared.
• Allow Duplicate Colorways: If this check box is selected, then a Colorway can be added to a Marketing Collection more than once. The Out of The Box setting allows to add a Colorway to a Marketing Collection once only.
• Allow Duplicate Products: If this check box is selected, then a Style can be added to a Marketing Collection more than once. The Out of The Box setting allows to add a Style to a Marketing Collection once only.
• Automatically add Colorways: If this check box is selected, then all active Colorways of a Style are added to a Marketing Collection. In the Out of The Box setting, this check box is selected by default.

SECTION: MARKETING PRODUCTS

On this section, you can create Marketing Products for the selected Marketing Collection.

How to create a new Marketing Product

1. From the Marketing Product column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New Marketing Product. The New Marketing Product dialog box is displayed.
2. In the New Marketing Product dialog box, enter details for the following fields:
   • Marketing Product: Enter a name for the new Marketing Product.
   • Code: Enter a code name for the new Marketing Product.
   • Style Type: Select an appropriate Style Type from the drop-down list.
3. Click on Save. The new Marketing Product is created and displayed in the Marketing Product table.

How to create a new Marketing Product from Style

1. From the Marketing Product column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New from Style. The New from Style dialog box is displayed.
2. In the New from Style dialog box, select check boxes corresponding to the required Styles, and then click on Save. The selected Styles are added to the Marketing Product table.

The following fields are displayed in the Default view:

• Marketing Product: Displays the name of the Marketing Product, which can be edited/updated. Click on the Marketing Product name, to view its Properties, Marketing Colorways, Marketing SKUs, and Sales Markets.
• Localized Name: Displays the localized name of the Marketing Product, which can be edited/updated.
• Code: Displays the code name of the Marketing Product, which can be edited/updated.
• Description: Displays a brief description of the Marketing Product, which can be edited/updated.
• Marketing Segment: Displays the name of the Marketing Segment, which can be selected/cleared.
• WSP: Displays the Wholesale Price (WSP) of the Marketing Product, which can be edited/updated.
• MSRP: Displays the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the Marketing Product, which can be edited/updated.
• Size Range: Displays the Size Range name of the Marketing Product, which can be selected/cleared.
• Sizes: Displays the list of applicable Sizes of the Marketing Product, which can be selected/cleared.
• Material: Displays the Material name of the Marketing Product, which can be edited/updated. Click on the Material name, to view its Properties and Material Colors.
• Brands: Displays the Brand names of the Marketing Product, which can be selected/cleared.
• Features: Displays the main features of the Marketing Product, which can be selected/cleared.
• State: Displays the state of the Marketing Product. The applicable states are Draft, Released to Markets, Released to Customers, and Not Available.
• Image: Displays the image of the Marketing Product.
• Colors: This column displays the Color related details of the Marketing Product.
  • Marketing Colorway: Displays the name of the Marketing Colorway, which can be edited/updated.
  • Localized Name: Displays the localized name of the Marketing Colorway, which can be edited/updated.
  • Code: Displays the code name of the Marketing Colorway, which can be edited/updated.
  • Description: Displays a brief description of the Marketing Colorway, which can be edited/updated.
  • Material Color: Displays the name of the Material Color, which can be selected/cleared.
  • Color Swatch Image Node: Displays the name of the Color Swatch Image Node.
  • State: Displays the state of the Marketing Colorway. The applicable states are Draft, Released to Markets, Released to Customers, and Not Available.
• Marketing SKUs: This column displays the SKU related details of the Marketing Product.
  • Marketing SKU: Displays the name of the Marketing SKU, which can be edited/updated. Click on the Marketing SKU name, to view its Properties and Sales Markets related information.
  • Style SKU: Displays the name of the Style SKU. Click on the Style SKU name to view its properties.
  • Marketing Colorway: Displays the name of the Marketing Colorway.
  • Marketing SKU MSRP: Displays the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the Marketing SKU, which can be edited/updated.
  • Marketing SKU WSP: Displays the Wholesale Price (WSP) of the Marketing SKU, which can be edited/updated.
  • State: Displays the state of the Marketing SKU. The applicable states are Draft, Released to Markets, Released to Customers, and Not Available.
• Actions: This column provides the following options to manage Marketing Products:
  • Marketing Colorways or Marketing SKUs: This option is used to create a new Marketing Colorway or Marketing SKU.
  • Edit: This option is used to edit names of the Marketing Product and Code.
  • Copy: This option is used to copy the existng Marketing Product.
  • Delete: This option is used to delete the Marketing Product. For more information, refer to Generic Features.

SECTION: MARKETING MATERIALS

On this section, you can define Marketing Materials for the selected Marketing Collection.

How to select a Marketing Material

1. From the Marketing Material column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New from Material. The New from Material dialog box is displayed.
2. In the New from Material dialog box, select check boxes corresponding to the required Materials, and then click on Save. The selected Materials are displayed in the Marketing Material table.

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Marketing Material: Displays the name of the Marketing Material, which can be edited/updated.
• Localized Name: Displays the localized name of the Marketing Material, which can be edited/updated.
• Code: Displays the code name of the Marketing Material, which can be edited/updated.
• Image: Displays the image of the Marketing Material.
• Material Colors:
  • Material Color: Displays the name of the Material Color, which can be edited/updated.
  • Localized Name: Displays the localized name of the Material Color, which can be edited/updated.
  • Code: Displays the code name of the Material Color, which can be edited/updated.
  • Image: Displays the image of the Material Color.
• Actions: This column provides the Delete option to delete the Marketing Materials.

SECTION: MARKETING LOOKS

On this section, you can define Marketing Looks for the selected Marketing Collection.

How to define a Marketing Look

1. From the Marketing Look column, mouse-over Actions, and then select New Marketing Look. A new row is created for the Marketing Look.
2. In the Marketing Look column, enter a name for the new Marketing Look.

How to select a Marketing Product

1. From the Actions column, click on the Select Marketing Products icon corresponding to the required Marketing Look. The Select Marketing Products dialog box is displayed.
2. In the Select Marketing Products dialog box, select check boxes corresponding to the required Marketing Products, and then click on Save. The Marketing Products related columns are updated with the selected Marketing Product's information.

The following attributes are displayed in the Default view:

• Marketing Look: Displays the name of the Marketing Look, which can be edited/updated.
• Description: Displays a brief description of the Marketing Look, which can be edited/updated.
• State: Displays the state of the Marketing Look. The applicable states are Draft, Released to Markets, Released to Customers, and Not Available.
• Primary Marketing Collection: Displays the name of the primary Marketing Collection, which can be edited/updated.
• Image: Displays the image of the Marketing Look.
• Marketing Products:
  • Marketing Product: Displays the name of the Marketing Product.
  • State: Displays the state of the selected Marketing Product.
• Actions: This column provides the Select Marketing Products icon to add Marketing Products to the Marketing Look table.

NOTE: The commented fields are displayed with a red triangle in the upper-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The editable fields are displayed with a grey triangle in the lower-right corner of the cell.

NOTE: The blank cell option initiates no action.

NOTE: If the state of the Marketing Look is present in the Not Available state, then the fields present in the corresponding row becomes read only.
